Longevity

The boring interventions have the human data. The exciting ones have mice.

Longevity is the most evidence-inverted topic in health: the interventions with the largest human datasets behind them are cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, sleep and not smoking, while the ones with the biggest audiences are compounds tested mostly in mice.

These pages put the two on the same scale. They also cover the measurement side honestly — biological-age tests are a genuine research tool and, according to the researchers who build them, not something to make personal decisions on.
