Cissus quadrangularis is a traditional medicinal plant used for bone and joint recovery, including fracture healing, and sometimes marketed to athletes for connective-tissue support.
Some small studies suggest benefits for joint pain and possibly fracture healing, and it appears in metabolic and body-composition products too, but the human evidence is limited and preliminary. Low-risk but far from established.
