Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng)

Silver· human data

Also known as: Eleutherococcus senticosus, Siberian ginseng

A stamina adaptogen (not a true ginseng) with mixed endurance evidence.

Eleuthero, often called Siberian ginseng, is an adaptogen used for stamina, stress and immune support — though botanically it is not a true (Panax) ginseng.

Human evidence is mixed: some studies suggest modest endurance or fatigue benefits, others none. It is a traditional, low-risk adaptogen whose performance claims are not well established.
