A calming herb, often combined with valerian, with early stress and sleep data.

Lemon balm is a mint-family herb traditionally used to ease anxiety and support sleep and mood, often combined with valerian.

Some small trials report reductions in stress and anxiety and improvements in calm and sleep, sometimes with better cognitive performance under stress. The studies are small and short, so it sits at promising-but-preliminary. Generally well tolerated.
