What it is

"Natural testosterone boosters" are blends sold to raise testosterone and, by extension, muscle and libido. As a category, they are built more on hope than on evidence.

What the evidence shows

Who it suits

Very few people. Genuinely low testosterone is a medical matter to discuss with a doctor, and evidence-based treatment is very different from an over-the-counter "booster".

Practical notes

The proprietary-blend model makes the category risky: undisclosed ingredients, the occasional banned substance — a real problem for drug-tested athletes — and rare reports of liver harm. If you suspect low testosterone, get tested rather than self-medicating. Common ingredients like tribulus and ZMA don't deliver on the promise in people who aren't deficient.
