Trace mineral drops (often sea- or brine-derived) supply small amounts of many minerals at once, marketed as replacing minerals 'missing' from modern diets and to add to water.
For people eating a varied diet, there is little evidence that these broad blends improve health or performance, and the amounts of any single mineral are usually tiny. Correcting a specific, tested deficiency is more sensible than a shotgun blend; watch sodium content in the sea-water types.
