Boron is a trace element found in fruit, nuts and vegetables, studied for roles in bone metabolism and the handling of calcium, magnesium and some hormones.

Small studies report changes in hormone and inflammatory markers with supplementation, which fuels its reputation as a 'testosterone booster', but these marker shifts have not translated into meaningful muscle or performance outcomes. It is low-risk at modest doses but far from proven.
