Fisetin is a flavonoid (found in strawberries) that gained attention as a 'senolytic': a compound that helps clear senescent 'zombie' cells thought to drive ageing.

In mice, intermittent high-dose fisetin cleared senescent cells and extended healthspan, which is genuinely striking. But human evidence is almost absent; clinical trials are only now underway, so buying it for anti-ageing is acting well ahead of the data. Bioavailability is also poor.
