An adaptogenic mushroom blend marketed for endurance and oxygen use.

PeakO2 is a branded blend of adaptogenic mushrooms, including cordyceps, marketed to improve oxygen utilisation, endurance and power output.

The supporting evidence is limited to a small number of manufacturer-linked studies with mixed results, so the endurance claims should be treated as preliminary at best. It is an interesting idea without the robust independent data to back the marketing.
