Fenugreek is a culinary and medicinal herb studied for blood-sugar control and, in supplement form, for libido and testosterone.

The blood-sugar evidence (from its soluble fibre and compounds) is reasonably supportive for modest glucose improvements. The testosterone claims are mixed — some standardised extracts show small effects on libido and body composition, but a reliable testosterone boost is not established. Well tolerated; can add a maple-like smell.
